I am very pleased and honoured to receive the Medal for the Order of Australia (OAM) which was announced yesterday
in the Australia Day Awards.
I have enjoyed a life time of being involved in the ballroom dancing industry and thank my family, friends, staff
and colleagues for their support over 50 years.
In particular I have enjoyed being Australia’ representative judge at World Championships on 14 occasions and
the many “Goodwill Tours ” we have made to Asia.
But,like most days I really love going to ” Daele Fraser Dance Studio ” where I am heading now. !!
